Rho Chis are Panhellenic Recruitment Counselors who guide Potential New Members (PNMs) through the Panhellenic Recruitment process, and act as PNMs first and main point of contact. Rho Chis are highly knowledgeable about both the Recruitment Process and Greek life, serving as a reliable resource for any questions or concerns PNMs may have. All Rho Chis will be required to fill out a quick application and attend a few mandatory training sessions prior to the next Recruitment cycle.

The Accountability Board supports the Emory Panhellenic Council in maintaining an equitable recruitment process for both PNMs and chapters. Their primary responsibility is to document any infractions that occur during the recruitment period.
